Racial Ideology of India and Skin Colour

The racist ideology in India making a notion that only white skin person is beautiful. The very "Fair and Lovely" phenomenon provoking it in large. 

In my best knowledge any miss India is or can be with less then white skin. No any one can get a job in film industry as lead role with black skin too. Not only in film industry but in any cultural industry.

Same on this Indian notion.

Dear friends just for clarification that I am neither supporter nor like to promote nor appreciatory of this or any so called beauty contest. This example is just indicative. Just for making contrast with Indian reality.
